How to Get Care: COVID-19 In-Car Screening:

With a telehealth order from a primary care physician, eligible patients can be tested through in-car screenings at Medpoint Main Street., Elkhart General Hospital or Community Hospital of Bremen, all part of Beacon Health System.

Upon arrival, patients should remain in their car and call that location. They will be directed to the in-car screening lane and checked in via photo identification. If patients arrive at a location without a telehealth order, they must call their primary care physician and request them to call in an order, if they qualify for testing.

All results (positive and negative) will be reported to the patient. If their results are positive, their physician will guide them toward appropriate care, which can range from hospitalization for people showing severe symptoms to telemedicine visits.
